From a Whirlwind to a Whisper
There are times in life wherein an individual can be so caught up in all the external noise that constantly clangs for our attention, that we forget the urging of the “still small voice.” At such times, managing the stresses of living, working, playing, and expressing one’s individuality in the world can be a struggle. One of the best practices to mitigate the consequences of struggling with external noise is meditation, but meditation cannot be achieved until we quiet the internal noise.
