Be a Dreamer
The Power of Faith guides us through the month of January by reminding us to add fuel to our dreams. Pay attention to what your child or teen is paying attention to. Nurture and provide a safe place of exploration and express your enthusiasm when they share their dreams with you! This week in the elementary class we will spend some time in creative play and discussion as we mold our dreams and write messages to our future selves.
Please note we can only provide supervision of children while they are checked into class. Otherwise, families must supervise, monitor, and be responsible for their child(ren) at all times while on campus.
Upcoming Events & Reminders
Season for Nonviolence Sunday Morning Classes
All age groups will be starting new curriculum next Sunday, January 29th under the direction of Jennifer Gates, MA. Season for nonviolence uses the teachings of Martin Luther King Jr., Mahatma Gandhi and others to explore our divine calling to be peaceful Wayshowers in this world.
Youth Ministry Check In
Please help us remind families that our youth no longer join us in the beginning of the 11:00 a.m. service. Upon arrival, please walk your children and teens over to room 104 and check them in for spiritual classes. *Parents with youth in Pre-K through 8th grade will receive an identification badge that matches the youth name badge. All badges MUST be collected at the end of class to complete the sign-out process.
*High school students must still check in to the system, but do not wear name badges.
In love, light, and service, Alicia
