For many of us, October brings longer nights, decorating for halloween, and fun costumes. It's also an opportunity to face our fears. For kids, they get to face their fears of the dark, spiders, and spooky things that go bump in the night. But what about us grown ups? Are we willing to face our own fears? For some grown ups, it's the fear of never finding their person, or the perfect job that makes them smile when they wake up; or for those who are dealing with chronic illness or pain, it's the fear of never being well again. As parents, we teach the most by what we are doing and who we are being. Our actions and our way of being are so much louder than our words. For our kids to face their fears
